Artistic expression for me has always been about the portrayal of human emotions. I realized that the films, paintings and books that inspire me have always explored the complexity of the human mind and through them, I saw the power they had to enlighten those who struggle with their own feelings through visual and written narratives that relate to them on a personal level. For that reason, my goal is to animate characters that can give different perspectives to the audience and portray the same challenges that we overcome throughout our lives.

During my three years of animation study at SCAD, I grew from an architect to a cinematographer and 3D Character Animator while learning about the multiple tools inside filmmaking that can visually push and enhance a character’s emotional state.

Every artistic piece I have worked since then has been about teamwork, collaboration, open mindedness and tapping the emotional depth into a multitude of subjects and styles.
